Content Creator Policy
My Eco Escape offers a barter system for collaboration with content creators to promote our Eco-friendly holiday homes. In exchange for promotional content, content creators will receive complimentary stays at selected properties. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of this barter agreement.
Eligibility
Content Creator Requirements:
- Must have an active and engaged social media presence, blog, or website related to travel, lifestyle, or a relevant niche.
- Minimum of 10K followers/subscribers on Instagram or YouTube.
- Previous content should reflect high-quality visuals and engaging narratives.
Application Process:
- Interested creators must send an email to info@myecoescape.co.uk mentioning links to their platforms, engagement statistics, and proposed content ideas.
Terms and Conditions
Booking and Stay:
- Complimentary stays are subject to availability and must be booked through MyEcoEscape.
- The length of stay and specific property will be agreed in advance and stated in the agreement.
Content Requirements:
Creators are required to produce the following:
- Atleast two posts (Instagram posts/reels, blog articles, YouTube videos) + one Story (Instagram, YouTube) during or immediately after their stay.
- Content should highlight the features of the property, its amenities, and the overall experience.
- All posts must include a mention and tag of MyEcoEscape, relevant hashtags, and a link to the listing on our platform.
- Creators must also create and share the raw files of high-quality photos and videos with MyEcoEscape.
Usage Rights:
- MyEcoEscape reserves the right to repost, share, and use the created content for marketing purposes across our channels.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Cancellations or changes to booking dates must be communicated at least 15 days in advance.
- Failure to comply with the content requirements or cancellation terms may result in the creator being responsible for the full cost of the stay.
Monetary Value:
- Under this barter system, no monetary exchange will occur. The value of the stay is considered equivalent to the promotional services provided by the content creator.
Compliance and Ethics
Transparency:
- Content creators must disclose the complimentary stay in their posts in accordance with relevant advertising guidelines and laws.
Professional Conduct:
- Creators are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during their stay, adhering to property rules and regulations.
